NuLeaf NewOrleans, LLC is now sponsoring the 100% Approved Home Loan Program. We offer a full service home buyer’s education and loan readiness program designed to guide our clients from start to finish through the home buying process.
Here’s what to expect:
Each client is assigned to a personal caseworker who will develop a personalized action plan tailored to fit our client’s specific needs. Upon enrollment your assigned caseworker will be assigned and you will be scheduled for your initial orientation. During your orientation your assigned caseworker will provide you with a complete program overview and conduct a needs analysis to determine your overall goals for purchasing a home.
Your next appointment will be a credit evaluation whereby your case worker will assist you in ordering and evaluating your credit reports and develop a personalized plan of action to help you pre-qualify for your loan.
Your loan pre-qualification hinges primarily on two factors… Credit and income.
Credit
The minimum credit score requirements for loan approval is typically a 620 or better. If your credit score is below a 620 your caseworker will assist you with the necessary credit restoration and rebuild services in order for you to achieve the minimum credit score requirement. These services are provided at NO COST an an as needed basis.
Income
We assist you with a variety of mortgage products to ensure that you will receive the loan that is best suited for your needs. For certain mortgage products there is no minimum income requirement however, you must be able to provide verifiable proof of income in order to determine the amount in which you will qualify for.
Once your caseworker has assisted you in completing all of the pre-qualification requirements your file will then be submitted for loan Pre-Approval. You will be matched to a local licensed lender that will best meet your specific lending needs.

Now that you are pre-approved we will assign a licensed real estate agent to you who will guide you the rest of the way. All of our affiliated agents are licensed realtors who adhere to the highest standards and code of ethics in the industry. Your assigned agent will assist you with property locating, contract negotiation and property acquisition. In addition your assigned agent will also assist you in obtaining any down payment, closing costs, and/or grant monies that may be available in your purchase area, ensuring that you get best deal possible by the time you get to the closing table.

In order to enroll into NuLeaf NewOrleans’ 100% Approved Home Loan Program there is a registration deposit of $250.00 along with $29 per month ($39.00 for Couple) caseworker retainer until your loan closes.
